3.2. The client confirms they have legal rights to all provided content, including music, visuals, and logos.
3.3. The client provides clear revision feedback according to the agreed process.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Rights to source materials remain with the client or original rights holder.
4.2. Rights to final deliverables transfer according to contractual terms after full payment.
4.3. Unless restricted by NDA or written notice, we may showcase non-confidential project excerpts in our portfolio.
5. Fees and Payment
- Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and turnaround requirements.
- Included revisions are defined in the quote or project agreement.
- Out-of-scope additions are billed separately.
- Timelines may shift if project scope changes or required materials are delayed.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. We are not responsible for platform moderation actions or ad disapprovals caused by client-provided content.
6.2. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, as performance depends on multiple external variables.
6.3. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties must protect confidential information shared during collaboration.
7.2. Additional confidentiality terms may be established through a separate NDA.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate collaboration if the other party materially breaches the agreed terms.
8.2. Completed production stages remain payable.
8.3. Refund conditions are determined by actual completed work and project agreement terms.
